Came here on a Sunday around 5:45pm. In order to get seated, you need to make a reservation at the kiosk and pay in advance (about $50 per person with additional $20 for crab legs). Luckily we were able to get a 6pm time slot. The concept for this buffet is unique - it’s an AYCE food hall with different stations to cater to different food/cuisine preferences (Mexican, Asian, Italian, Seafood, Carving station, Southern, Desserts) My fave was the seafood station! I loved the scallops! They were flavorful and tender. The fisherman’s stew was delicious too! Had good pieces of mussels and clams! I also shared the lobster roll with my bf, and I thought it was good, although they use “Lobster sensation” instead of fresh lobster meat, so it tastes more like imitation crab. The tuna poke was solid, although they put too much sauce over the fish. The raw oysters weren’t very good - small and not super tasty. I tried some of my bf’s fried calamari, and it was pretty good, although the batter was quite thick. From the Asian station, I tried the gochujang ribs and the assorted dumplings. The ribs were pretty good, but not a lot meat. The dumplings are small and colorful. The inside was yummy, but the outside was hard/crusty. From the Italian station, I tried the lobster penne (they also use lobster sensation). It had a strong seafood flavor and some good lobster pieces. The penne itself was too soft and would have been better al dente. From the Southern station, I got the brisket. It was surprisingly tender especially with the fatty pieces! The coleslaw was also yummy. This was one of my fave items that were non-seafood. My bf loved the catfish. I tried the mac and cheese, but it needed to be cheesier/gooier. The corn bread was meh From the carving station, I got the prime rib and the teriyaki salmon. The prime rib was supposed to be medium rare, but it was well done, so it wasn’t very good. This was my least favorite. The salmon was pretty good - some parts were tender, but some parts were drier. From the dessert station, I got the peanut butter cookie and this smores-looking the dessert. The cookie wasn’t anything special, but the smores

This buffet boasted an impressive array of options, from BBQ and seafood to Mexican, prime rib, pasta, pizza, and a generous dessert spread. Lobster was also an option, though at an extra cost. Unfortunately, despite a good presentation, the food's taste was consistently mediocre, reminiscent of fast-food quality designed for large crowds. However, the service was commendable, and the atmosphere was pleasant.

It’s so easy to pay at the kiosk and we were able to enter 30 minutes early than our scheduled time. Everything seemed very organized from the start to the time we were seated. And as we have requested, we were so close to the food area. We tried each and every food selection from Mexican to Asian to American which we find very delicious. All the staff and crew in the kitchen as well as the cleaners are all very attentive to our needs. For an all-you-can-eat price of less than $50 per person, we will definitely come back again and again.

Went there for brunch on a Sunday afternoon. Cost approx $45 per person, including 1 mimosa drink voucher per person and unlimited self-serve soft drinks. This was an interesting experience because there are about 6-7 different food cuisine stations. You order your food based on the available options, they prep your food right away, and then you pick up your order once its ready. There aren't a lot of options in my option for $45 worth of buffet. I like the new kiosk system. You can purchase your own meal ticket and come back at your reservation time of your choice. There are not a lot of people during brunch. I would need to come back and try the dinner option. No Q and Q. Quality and quantity. Other alcohol beverages and snow Crab Legs are additional cost.

The service was incredible! Everyone was so sweet and helpful! The food that I was able to try was very flavorful and fresh! Atmosphere gets a 3 because it’s just a big room full of chairs to sit people, almost all the tables were in the middle of the room.

We came across this place by chance because we visited the Morongo, which is where this buffet was located. We created a rewards and received comp towards The Marketplace which we assumed was a food court area. To reserve, we used the kiosk inside and then made a reservation for the next day and paid (you can choose to pay gratuity and we did so in advance and if you include it, you cant use comp towards it so you will charge your own form of payment card). When we found out it was a buffet, we were excited. (Mind you we never researched this place but went because we played and earned a comp towards it to discount the price). This place blew our mind away because there were different restaurants inside this buffet, and they would make the food and prep it FRESH for you right there. They even have a drink station and a bar you pay for your own alcoholic drinks within reach. We couldn't try everything but the portions were just right! If you're not sure what to order, they even have examples of the food displayed for you. Dessert station they only allow you to pick 5 at a time, which is reasonable so less food waste. When you're done, go back and get more dessert. Too bad we are 5-6 hrs away, when we are in town again, we will definitely return!

Located in the heart of Cabazon, California, The Marketplace by Fabio Viviani brings a unique dining experience to food enthusiasts and casual diners alike. This all-you-can-eat (AYCE) buffet stands out with its innovative concept, featuring a diverse array of cuisine stations catering to a variety of tastes, including Mexican, Asian, Italian, and Southern fare. The breezy ambiance invites guests to indulge in a culinary adventure, transitioning from one delicious station to another.

As you step inside, the vibrant atmosphere is both welcoming and organized. Guests can conveniently reserve their spot and make payment via an intuitive kiosk system, ensuring a smooth start to your dining experience. Reviewers have praised the service, describing the staff as attentive and accommodating. It's clear that customer service is a priority at The Marketplace, which adds to the enjoyment of the meal.

Among the buffet's highlights, the seafood station receives rave reviews for its freshness and flavor. Diners have relished the scallops and the savory fisherman’s stew, packed with mussels and clams. The lobster roll, while tasty, utilizes imitation meat, which has garnered mixed feedback. Meanwhile, the Asian station features dishes like gochujang ribs and assorted dumplings, showcasing a balance of flavors, though some reviews suggest improvements are needed in texture.

For Italian lovers, the lobster penne offers a burst of marine zest, though critics point out that an al dente pasta would elevate this dish further. Southern favorites like brisket and catfish shine on the menu, with many guests finding these options particularly memorable. However, the carving station's prime rib has received lukewarm reviews, revealing that consistency can be an issue.

As for sweets, the dessert station is filled with tempting options, although reviewers note that the quality varies. The peanut butter cookie and s'mores creation are worth a try, even if they don't steal the show.

Overall, The Marketplace by Fabio Viviani offers a plethora of culinary experiences under one roof, and there’s something here for everyone. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, it's a delightful stop that promises to satisfy a variety of palates—all while treading the line between adequate culinary quality and ambitious flavor combinations.

As I wrapped up my visit, I couldn't help but feel that The Marketplace is an exciting addition to the food scene, perfect for those eager to explore an array of cuisines without the constraints of traditional dining experiences. Looking forward to what this innovative concept rolls out next!
